Responsibilities:

➢ Code Development: Write reusable, testable, and efficient code for building a high-performance product platform.

➢ System Design: Contribute to the creation of both high-level and low-level design documents toensure robust architecture.

➢ Platform Implementation: Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant microservice-based APIs.

➢ Testing & Quality: Maintain high code quality by writing unit and automated tests to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

➢ Bug Fixing & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks to deliveroptimal user experience.

➢ Security & Data Protection: Implement strong security practices and ensure the application adheres to data protection standards.

➢ Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the design team to understand user needs and deliver relevant technical solutions.

➢ Feature Development: Participate in the development and integration of new features in line with product and customer needs.

Requirements:

➢ Programming Skills: Strong command over Python server-side technologies including REST APIs.

➢ Framework Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one Python framework such as Tornado, Django, or Flask.

➢ Database Expertise: Proficient in working with relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools.

➢ Build & Deployment: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools for efficient development cycles.

➢ Cloud & Microservices: Familiarity with AWS cloud services and microservice architecture.

➢ Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.

➢ Ownership: Own end-to-end system architecture for specific modules.

➢ Testing Tools: Experience working with automated testing suites.

➢ Microservices Expertise: Ability to build scalable and high-performance microservices.

➢ Team Coordination: Skilled in building and deploying applications while coordinating with cross-functional teams responsible for other layers of the product stack.

➢ Design Skills: Strong Experience in creating low-level designs for enterprise-grade applications.

➢ Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers.

Qualifications & Experience:

➢ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

➢ Minimum 4 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in Python server-side development.

➢ Preferred Experience:

• Experience in fintech (NBFC) and/or edtech domains.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
• Involvement in implementing enterprise-grade systems and live applications.
