KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Scrum Master for Scrum Teams:

• Support the Engineering Lead in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Managing Sprint:

• You will be responsible for planning and running Sprint, managing boards, releasing sprint to prod and doing retrospective meetings at the end of every sprint.

Improve Team’s Efficiency:

• Continuously help the team to enhance their incremental delivery of value to clients and stakeholders. Identify inefficiencies in the team’s operation and proactively remove impediments to the team's progress.

Promote Agile Mindset:

• Live and promote an agile mindset and culture within the team. Act as a coach and facilitator within the team for selforganisation and cross-functionality.

Create Safe Environments:

• Create psychologically safe environments for teams, enabling them to own their outcomes, surface dependencies & risks and escalate in a timely manner.

Scrum Master for Multiple Teams:

• Act as the Scrum Master for multiple teams, both being crossfunctional agile teams working on implementing new functionalities.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Aspiring Scrum Masters with a strong interest in agile project management.
• Analytical thinkers adept at organizing tasks and facilitating team collaboration.
• Effective communicators who thrive in collaborative environments.
• Detail-oriented individuals excelling in fast-paced, project-driven settings.
• Enthusiastic learners committed to refining their Scrum and agile skills.
• Good Knowledge in Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) will be a plus.
• Familiarity with agile principles and practices is advantageous.
• B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent in any Specialization
• Any relevant certification will be a big plus.
