About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, motivated Marketing Intern to support our fast-paced marketing campaigns during the crucial May–July admission season. You’ll get hands-on experience across digital marketing, partner onboarding, content creation, and student engagement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Marketing

Help update partner database and sending emails every day

Organising the training for new onboarded partners

Assist in dispatching physical/digital marketing kits.

Monitoring partner performance and running campaign

Content & Social

Study competition and develop content ideas

Research trending student topics on Quora, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

Draft basic social captions & copy.

Assist in publishing blogs, reels, and shorts.

CRM & Lead Nurturing

Track drip campaigns (WhatsApp & email).

Send reminders to incomplete applicants.

Tag leads for follow-ups.

Database Outreach

Generate new student databases by coordinating with ground teams and event leads.

Regularly clean, validate, and categorize student data by course, region, and intent.

Assist in executing WhatsApp, email, and SMS campaigns using CRM or manual tools.

Schedule reminder messages for students with incomplete applications or pending documents.

Track open rates, click-throughs, and response rates in a weekly report.

BTL Coordination

Assist in setting up on-ground activities at colleges, expos, and fairs.

Coordinate logistics (standee, flyers, QR boards, banners) with vendors and event leads.

Help field teams capture lead data via forms or QR check-ins.

Reporting

Maintain daily activity tracker (Google Sheet).

Share weekly reports on leads, events, and performance.

Ideal Candidate:

Skill/Qualification

Education

Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Communication

Clear written & verbal skills (English + 1 regional language preferred).

Tools

Familiar with Google Sheets, Canva, basic social media platforms.

Traits

Energetic, eager to learn, organized, and deadline-driven.
