The Marketing Associate – Outreach & Automation will drive large-scale student outreach via email, SMS, WhatsApp,
and offline channels. This role requires strong execution discipline, database ownership, AI-enabled marketing capabilities,
and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, high-quality campaigns across India.
➢ Execute daily large-scale outreach campaigns (1,00,000+ emails, SMS/RCS, WhatsApp blasts).
➢ Maintain delivery hygiene across all channels with error-free execution.
➢ Own and maintain the marketing database with segmentation by region, channel, lead type, course type, and persona.
➢ Ensure ongoing data cleaning, enrichment, deduplication, and segment refresh.
➢ Manage geo-based, institute-based, and referral-led campaigns.
➢ Support personalization for profile-based and persona-based communication tracks.
➢ Coordinate offline BTL activities such as canopies, college drives, counsellor
activities, and QR-led activations.
➢ Align with regional teams, DSAs, partners, and event vendors for smooth execution.
➢ Track leads through the funnel and ensure TAT compliance for outreach-led journeys.
➢ Identify and highlight issues early (e.g., drop-offs, delayed follow-ups, broken journeys).
➢ Execute time-sensitive campaigns under pressure.
➢ Ensure campaign hygiene, formatting consistency, and error-free execution.
➢ Balance BAU, ad-hoc requests, and high-impact initiatives.
➢ Proactively report issues with leads or delivery quality; maintain source-wise logs.
➢ Work effectively with CRM, Sales (SAM), Ops, and Product teams.
➢ Show curiosity toward new outreach tools, AI workflows, and automation methods.
➢ WhatsApp API platforms (Gupshup, Interakt, Yellow.ai, etc.)
➢ Ability to run, monitor, and report on API-led campaigns.
➢ Google Sheets, Google Docs (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)

➢ Proficiency in AI-assisted proofreading, creative enhancement, and localization.
● AI Creative Testing: Create multiple hooks, subject lines, SMS CTAs for A/B tests.
● AI Email Optimization: Improve open rates, CTAs, tone, and personalization using AI.
● AI FAQ Generation: Generate FAQs, micro-copy, and campaign explainers.
● AI-Driven Segmentation: Use prompt-based weekly updates to refine segments.
● Lead Quality Feedback: Report low-quality leads or inconsistencies to SAM and marketing teams.
● Creative Innovation: Suggest new hooks, formats, and outreach ideas using AI insights.
● Continuous Learning: Proactively upskill on AI, automation, and funnel analytics.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Management, or related fields.
● 0–3 years of experience in outreach marketing, digital marketing, CRM operations, or BTL coordination.
● Strong command of English and comfort with fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
● Zero-error execution across all outreach channels.
● A clean, enriched, persona-based database.
● Strong collaboration with Sales, CRM, and Ops teams.
● Improved campaign response and conversion rates via AI-led optimization.
● Smooth event coordination and timely reporting.
● Consistent problem detection and disciplined escalation.\
