Role Overview

● A Product Manager at Kuhoo is an in-house entrepreneur who loves engaging with customers, uncovering stated and
    unstated problems and finding the right product features to solve those problems.
● At its core, product management at Kuhoo is about understanding the customer and using technology and analytics to
    deliver great experiences.
● Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, the candidate must be a strong tea player with a commitment to perfection
    and possessing deep analytical skills.
● A successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent business acumen, product management skills and the ability to
    cut through the noise and identify the most important tasks and projects. We are a data driven organization and we like focusing
    on results, KPIs and outcomes.

What you’ll do

This is a key role for Kuhoo and requires a lot of cross-functional coordination

1) Strategic Product Leadership

    Define the products value proposition, conduct competitive analysis, prioritize features, and drive user acquisition and retention
    strategies by collaborating closely with teams across design, business development, engineering, legal, and operations.

2) Customer-Centric Problem Solving

     Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities where credit solutions can transform the lives of students, parents, and partners,
     shaping innovative product offerings.

3) Product Roadmap Ownership

     Develop compelling user stories, define clear customer and product requirements, and own the product roadmap from concept
     to execution, continually refining specifications and architecture throughout the product lifecycle.

4) Lending Lifecycle Expertise

     Build modular capabilities across the lending lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, credit-modelling, decision-making,
     and post-sales service experiences.

5)  Ownership & Innovation

      Collaborate closely with multiple lending partners to create differentiated, industry-leading value propositions for various
      business segments, driving innovation and competitive advantage for Kuhoo.

Key Responsibilities Areas

1)  End-to-End Product Delivery

 Lead the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business strategy.

2)  PRD- Product Requirment Document

     Develop comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories based on data insights, market analysis, and
     customer feedback.

3)  Product Enhancement & Optimization

     Build and maintain a robust pipeline of tasks and projects to improve product features and optimize critical customer journeys.
     Establish a framework for prioritizing and executing key initiatives.\

4)  Feature Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration:

      Oversee the successful delivery of features, including quality assurance, testing, and managing trade-offs to ensure a seamless
      product experience.

5)  Portfolio Management & Agile Methodologies

     Manage a portfolio of products and demonstrate proficiency in product management methodologies, particularly agile software
     development.

6)  Growth Opportunities & Feature Adoption

       Identify opportunities for significant business growth by increasing user engagement with product features and driving adoption
       of existing offerings.

7)  Funnel Optimization

      Funnel Optimization: Analyse, design, and optimize conversion funnels to encourage cross-selling and upselling opportunities at
      key stages of the customer journey.

Must have:

● Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management. Have a good understanding of Product Management principles
    and processes. Experience in writing user stories, wireframes, and customer interaction
● Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, solve problems, and make informed decisions based on insights.
● Strong Communication: Clear, effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
● Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and translating feedback into product improvements.
● Basic Project Management: Familiarity with prioritizing tasks and managing projects, ideally within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
● Adaptability & Collaboration: Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work well in a team-oriented environment.


Qualification & Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology from tier 1 college
